Lang Son Traders (LST) is a martial arts supply store and distribution center that has been serving the community for over 30 years. Located in the heart of downtown Arlington, Texas, LST has been providing high-quality service and carrying the highest quality of products, including, but not limited to, MMA gear, uniforms, sparring equipment, DVDs and books. LST has an extensive selection of products in store, covering all the various forms of martial arts, but also has numerous contacts within the industry to search for any other items that you may need.

Thang-Hoa Dohr has been the owner and operator of LST since it opened over 30 years ago. She welcomes her guests with a shining smile and treats every customer as though they are family. The martial arts community is a large family itself, and Ms. Dohr always takes the time to get to know you and your school.
